I ordered - where's my stuff?

Sometimes, stuff just gets stuck. Every product we sell is reliant on you getting a text message. Text messages are delivered to the networks immediately, but, they sometimes get delayed and very rarely can go missing. It can take up to 12 hours, if you still haven't received your message after waiting then email us. If you are feeling impatient, fire us an email and we'll sort out where your order is.

I received a download message but I can't find it, where is it?

You need a download message to get your content from our servers, this is easier than it sounds, honest. When you open the message it tells your phone where to go and get the download from. This is no good if you can't find the message though.
